Well first place that offered cod'n'chips in Islamabad was Talkingfish in F7 back two years almost !
Also ate at Mr Cod few times and yes, food is okish but always place is empty...

Mr. Cod was (probably) the 1st place in Islamabad to offer Fish n' Chips. The food is OK (neither bad nor good). Because it is right at the end of Blue Area, it is usually empty. Which means the service is great because you have their full attention. A good place to go for a quiet sleepy peaceful bite.
